Darryl Strawberry Links with Autism United to Fight the Autism Epidemic Together
The Darryl Strawberry FoundationThe Darryl Strawberry Foundation has dedicated itself to changing and impacting the lives of children adults and families that are affected by autism. Based in St. Peters, Missouri, the Foundation has organized fundraising events around the country for autism-related issues. No one in the Strawberry family is diagnosed with autism, but Darryl and his wife Tracy have been deeply moved by the challenges faced by people with autism and their families.Comments (0)

Baseball great, and former Mets and Yankees star, Darryl Strawberry is joining forces with New York-based Autism United to fight the autism epidemic. Strawberry will be leading an Autism United campaign to develop fund-raising walks and other events across the nation to provide better services, education and advocacy for people with autism and their families. The Darryl Strawberry heads his own foundation which has adopted autism as its key concern, linking with Autism United is a natural fit for both organizations. Reaching out to athletes and involving them in the fight against the autism epidemic will be a special mission for Strawberry
